4C Organisations’ Building Effective Teams Professional Learning Program is designed to build both the understanding and practice of the capabilities needed to operate as a collaborative, effective team. These capabilities are what we refer to as the 4Cs.
In each of the Building Effective Teams workshops, we unpack one of these capabilities. Using our visual coherence makers, practical processes and use of the 4C capabilities in action, we embed both 4C knowledge and skills into the way teams operate, and the way team members see themselves and their teammates, turning the 4Cs from concepts into organisational culture.
The Four Core Modules
The Elective Modules
Our elective modules exist in four streams. Within streams, modules build, top-down, so teams can choose to dive deeper into the topics that are relevant, to a depth that works in their context. The Individual Development stream is able to be undertaken concurrently with other team modules and with the core modules.
